Inteliway boasts an internationally acclaimed team of expert technologists and a core research and development team, comprising 8 holders of doctoral degrees and over 90% of individuals holding master's degrees. Our team members predominantly hail from prestigious domestic and international institutions like Peking University and Duke University. Inteliway has pioneered a range of cutting-edge technologies and innovative model tools in the realm of water environment intelligent decision-making. Examples include the Inteliway-SWMM rainstorm runoff hydrology and water quality model tool, and the Inteliway-WS basin hydrology and water quality model tool. To date, we have undertaken numerous significant environmental scientific research collaboration projects, including the national water project, the State Key Laboratory project, and various government-commissioned endeavors. These initiatives have provided decision-making support for the scientific management of water resources to governing bodies overseeing lakes and basins such as Dianchi Lake, Erhai Lake, Poyang Lake, and Taihu Lake.

ZEHO ECO holds a position on the Technical Committee of the National Engineering Laboratory for Lake Water Pollution Control and Ecological Restoration Technology, collaborating with esteemed think tanks such as the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources. In partnership with the National Engineering Laboratory of Lake Water Pollution Control and Ecological Restoration Technology, we have successfully executed the conversion and application of research findings to enhance the ecological functions of the Erhai Lake waterfront in Dali and implement the Erhai Lake protection and governance plan. Moreover, outcomes from research conducted by the "State Key Laboratory of Urban and Regional Ecology" at the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have been integrated into projects like Tangshan Huahai and others within ZEHO's ecological construction and operations. Additionally, through collaboration with the Third Marine Research Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the establishment of the "Marine Ecological Protection and Restoration Laboratory" has facilitated the study and engineering adaptation of coral reef restoration technology in the Dongfang Duntou Bay coral reef ecological protection and restoration project in Hainan. This effort has provided a noteworthy exemplar for coral reef protection and restoration initiatives across Hainan.
